Solar Photovoltaic Systems (ECM-9)

Ameresco invites Certified Solar Photovoltaic Systems Contractors to submit a firm price proposal to Ameresco, Inc. (Ameresco) for a “Turnkey” installation of Two (2) Solar Photovoltaic Systems as described in the Scope of Work (SOW). Ameresco also invites the contractor to provide a bid on furnishing the equipment as described in the SOW or propose an alternative PV system.

The contractor shall be in the full time business of installing high quality Solar PV Systems in Commercial applications and Certified by the State of Delaware. The Solar PV Systems shall be installed at the Government Center and Hockessin Library.

This project, identified as New Castle County Phase II is being completed under an Energy Services Agreement between New Castle County and Ameresco.

RFP #1 New Castle County Phase II - Engineering Design Proposal

Ameresco invites qualified Engineering Design Firms (Engineer) to submit firm, fixed-price proposals to Ameresco, Inc. (Ameresco) for engineering design services for various HVAC improvements.

This specific RFQ encompasses multiple buildings (but not all buildings) and separate contracts may be awarded for the design at each site. If multiple contracts are awarded, it is anticipated that the Engineer(s) shall attend design review meetings with Ameresco and the other design firm(s), so as to coordinate the design effort and ensure that the basis of design is consistent amongst all design firms.

This project, identified as New Castle County Phase II is being completed under an Energy Services Agreement between New Castle County and Ameresco. The design concept and preliminary equipment and capacity selections are included herein. Ameresco is soliciting proposals for the development of the detailed design/construction documents and services during the construction period.
